Requirements
- 2+ years working for an influencer marketing agency.
- Experience executing influencer campaigns and managing client relationships.
- Understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
- Understanding of the intersection between influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Advanced Excel capabilities including formulas and customizing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Genuine interest in AI tools and hands-on integration experience.
Responsibilities
- Source new partnership opportunities and create influencer casting lists.
- Conduct outreach to approved partners and manage campaign onboarding.
- Guide influencers on content strategy, timelines, and review processes.
- Audit program content for FTC compliance and brand guideline alignment.
- Perform data analysis of influencer campaigns to identify performance trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to clients to drive growth at scale.
- Deliver superior client service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple campaigns with solid organizational and prioritization skills.
