Requirements
- Solid background in ecommerce operations
- Experience managing a remote team
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience building SOPs and documenting processes
- Data-literate with understanding of ad metrics (CPA
- CTR)
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Run daily check-ins with the team to ensure quota and deadline attainment
- Oversee team accountability for creative editors and customer support
- Organize and maintain Google Drive structure
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate supply chain logistics
- Build and document SOPs for workflows
- Track team KPIs and report on ad metrics like CPA and CTR
- Resolve operational bottlenecks.
