Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
- Strong data skills including SQL or equivalent proficiency.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority.
- Strong system-thinking mindset.
- Experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment.
- Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions.
- Define key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and support load.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Own end-to-end process for product releases across marketing, sales, and client communications.
- Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews.
- Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows and documentation.
