Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in inside sales and/or outside sales
- Background in early learning and elementary education preferred
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Ability to perform outstanding work from home
- Solid presentation skills
- Highly coachable with an eagerness to learn and accept feedback
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders via virtual appointments and outbound phone calls
- Partner with schools and childcare centers on a regular basis to assess emerging and ongoing needs
- Pursue relationships with city, county and state government officials, and community-based organizations
- Host virtual product presentations and events to familiarize customers with proprietary services
- Conduct online research to gather information on trends and funding opportunities in early learning
- Work with department leadership to form and modify sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging
