Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in account management or customer success.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to build effective long-term interpersonal relationships proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually.
Responsibilities
- Find and implement customer opportunities for supply cost reduction, rebate growth, and sustainability improvements.
- Develop expertise in program offerings to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Manage all aspects of customer contract requirements using project management tools.
- Facilitate cross-functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Create strategic account plans and executive business reviews.
- Facilitate client meetings and provide training on technology and reporting platforms.
- Conduct frequent client site visits to review product adoption and align goals.
- Prospect and maintain relationships with key customer representatives.
