Requirements
- Proven sales copywriting track record with real-world case studies including metrics
- Hands-on experience writing conversion-focused landing pages and email/ad copy
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement iterative copy improvements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiarity with AIDA/PAS frameworks and UX writing fundamentals
- Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, and Meta ad environments
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PST
- Reliable internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize sales landing pages with persuasive on-page flows
- Create segmented email nurture sequences and cold outreach campaigns
- Draft ad scripts and captions for Meta/Instagram/Facebook
- Monitor performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion rates
- Propose and execute copy tests, documenting hypotheses and learnings
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations
- Maintain brand voice guidelines across all marketing channels
