Requirements
- 1+ year of sourcing experience in tech, startups, or related fields.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn search and Boolean logic.
- Fluent or native proficiency in Ukrainian.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English proficiency.
- Curious and analytical mindset with strong pattern recognition skills.
- Ability to work self-directed without micromanagement.
- Experience sourcing for operations or business roles is a plus.
- Interest in AI-native workflows.
- Familiarity with US or EU startup ecosystems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing for Business Associates across generalist and specialized profiles.
- Refine and validate sourcing hypotheses using data.
- Review inbound applications and filter candidates.
- Draft and send personalized outreach to candidates.
- Manage first-touch communication and scheduling.
- Conduct pre-screen interviews using A-Players scorecards.
- Track and report on sourcing analytics and conversion data.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and CEO on hiring priorities.
- Document and implement repeatable sourcing practices.
