Requirements

  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning, talent operations, or similar roles in consulting, agency, or services environments
  • Strong understanding of utilization, capacity planning, and delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make effective staffing decisions under pressure
  • Experience working closely with delivery, recruiting, and leadership stakeholders
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience supporting or mentoring team members and contributing to talent development initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using KPIs and operational metrics
  • Ability to design or improve operational processes and workflows
  • Comfort working in Agile or fast-paced delivery environments
  • Experience partnering with HR or Talent Acquisition teams and using workforce planning tools

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end resource allocation across projects to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and delivery needs
  • Partner with delivery and leadership teams to forecast staffing requirements and proactively identify gaps or risks
  • Monitor utilization, capacity, and allocation trends to optimize performance and reduce inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define hiring priorities and support onboarding strategies
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for resource management and workforce planning
  • Establish and track KPIs related to utilization, capacity, and delivery effectiveness
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements across teams
  • Support talent development initiatives, including career pathing, upskilling, and performance support
  • Act as a key partner in cross-functional planning discussions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to staffing delays, capacity constraints, and shifting business demand
