Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions within global or fast-paced organizations.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
- Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, and career development frameworks.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and analytics platforms like Tableau is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
- Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated experience leveraging AI to improve workflows and productivity.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Experience within SaaS or technology-focused environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or related disciplines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise talent management strategies aligned with organizational priorities and workforce transformation goals.
- Lead initiatives related to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career frameworks, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
- Design and improve talent programs using design thinking principles and employee-centered approaches.
- Drive innovation across talent practices by leveraging research, AI capabilities, and emerging HR technologies.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for talent management initiatives, ensuring measurable business and employee outcomes.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, Learning teams, and senior stakeholders to align talent strategies across the organization.
- Lead change management efforts and create high-impact communications to support adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with People Technology teams to optimize systems, workflows, and user experiences through digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze workforce and talent data to generate actionable insights and improve program effectiveness.
- Manage, coach, and support direct reports through performance management, onboarding, and professional development.
