- Proven track-record within technical recruiting, maintaining deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing.
- Ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously while navigating ambiguity.
- Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support critical technical roles for MongoDB across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing.
- Quickly pivot to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent.
- Screen candidates for nuanced roles.
- Maintain exceptional documentation and data integrity.
- Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
