Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong background in enterprise healthcare software and technology sales.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in a complex selling environment.
- Direct sales experience selling enterprise IT solutions to hospitals and large health systems.
- Active and Advanced C-Level relationships within assigned geography.
- Experience selling multi-million-dollar enterprise imaging or software solutions.
- Proficiency in Strategic Selling concepts or comparable sales tools.
- Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and customer-facing selling time.
- Manage market opportunity potential for assigned geography and named accounts.
- Develop consultative sales relationships with key buying influences and executives (CFO, CIO, CEO, CMIO).
- Own funnel management in CRM and drive territory/account strategy to close deals.
- Develop and execute annual business/territory plans and review progress quarterly/monthly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to close business.
- Maintain product knowledge of Agfa Healthcare’s portfolio and competitive products.
