Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong background in enterprise healthcare software and technology sales.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Direct sales experience selling enterprise IT solutions to hospitals and large health systems.
  • Active and Advanced C-Level relationships within assigned geography.
  • Experience selling multi-million-dollar enterprise imaging or software solutions.
  • Proficiency in Strategic Selling concepts or comparable sales tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and customer-facing selling time.
  • Manage market opportunity potential for assigned geography and named accounts.
  • Develop consultative sales relationships with key buying influences and executives (CFO, CIO, CEO, CMIO).
  • Own funnel management in CRM and drive territory/account strategy to close deals.
  • Develop and execute annual business/territory plans and review progress quarterly/monthly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to close business.
  • Maintain product knowledge of Agfa Healthcare’s portfolio and competitive products.
