Requirements
- Experience in a customer-centric role generating cloud software value
- Technical literacy and familiarity with customer engagement technologies
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to travel as necessary (up to 20%)
- Experience in ERP, HCM, or financial planning software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to improve outcomes and experience
- Identify and drive new sales opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Manage customer success plans to deliver on key milestones
- Conduct virtual business reviews with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Ensure customer needs and value drivers are communicated to product and R&D
- Manage churn and retention motions for the region
