Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-centric role generating cloud software value
  • Technical literacy and familiarity with customer engagement technologies
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 20%)
  • Experience in ERP, HCM, or financial planning software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to improve outcomes and experience
  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Manage customer success plans to deliver on key milestones
  • Conduct virtual business reviews with C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Ensure customer needs and value drivers are communicated to product and R&D
  • Manage churn and retention motions for the region
