Requirements

- Experience in customer consulting and/or technical troubleshooting.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn product functionality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
- Ability to communicate in English when necessary.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Reliable, independent, and conscientious work style.
- Strong empathy and customer orientation.
- Previous experience mentoring or onboarding new colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Provide technical support for solar modules and inverters.
- Manage and prioritize customer queries via ticketing systems.
- Conduct telephone and written customer service.
- Optimize internal customer success processes.
- Coordinate communication across different departments.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
