Requirements

  • Experience in customer consulting and/or technical troubleshooting.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn product functionality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
  • Ability to communicate in English when necessary.
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Reliable, independent, and conscientious work style.
  • Strong empathy and customer orientation.
  • Previous experience mentoring or onboarding new colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical support for solar modules and inverters.
  • Manage and prioritize customer queries via ticketing systems.
  • Conduct telephone and written customer service.
  • Optimize internal customer success processes.
  • Coordinate communication across different departments.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members.
