Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, audience development, or growth marketing.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience driving engagement across audio/podcasting, web, video, and social media.
- Deep expertise in managing full audience lifecycle and digital product growth.
- Demonstrated success executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in establishing KPIs and conducting post-campaign analyses.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and building consensus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of four Marketing Strategists.
- Strengthen relationships with audiences from discovery to engagement.
- Apply data-driven approach to strategy and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Audience Insights, Brand, Content, Product, and Fundraising teams.
- Define success metrics and lead real-time optimization of campaigns.
- Guide marketing plans from launch through performance recaps.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
