Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, audience development, or growth marketing.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience driving engagement across audio/podcasting, web, video, and social media.
  • Deep expertise in managing full audience lifecycle and digital product growth.
  • Demonstrated success executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in establishing KPIs and conducting post-campaign analyses.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and building consensus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of four Marketing Strategists.
  • Strengthen relationships with audiences from discovery to engagement.
  • Apply data-driven approach to strategy and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Audience Insights, Brand, Content, Product, and Fundraising teams.
  • Define success metrics and lead real-time optimization of campaigns.
  • Guide marketing plans from launch through performance recaps.
  • Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
