Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate or graduate program in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related field.
- Strong project management instincts.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
- Comfort working with data.
- Interest in process design, automation, or commercial operations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and organization.
Responsibilities
- Map current contracting processes to identify bottlenecks and stakeholders.
- Design and configure project management processes for contracts portfolio.
- Develop project plan templates, dashboards, and visibility tools.
- Drive improvements in cycle time and cross-functional efficiency.
- Collaborate with and receive mentorship from the Solutions Engineering team.
- Work in an agile environment translating cross-functional needs into processes.
- Present work and recommendations to commercial leadership.
