- Provide technical and operational support to sales during the client pre-sales phase of the engagement process.
- Document client solution requirements concisely and accurately using provided tooling.
- Work with Product Owners to complete high-level client requirements for input into product development requests.
- Provide input into client implementation schedules, ensuring all requirements are delivered for the client.
- Manage client expectations in line with product and functionality release schedules.
- Report on the progress and overall health of assigned client projects.
- Manage the client relationship from pre-sales phase through to project launch.
