Requirements
- Proven experience building processes, ideally as a founding AE, early sales hire, or transitioning from BizOps/RevOps/Success.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with comfort working with infrastructure engineers and developers.
- Scientific approach to sales: testing, measuring, and iterating.
- Strong documentation habits to share knowledge across the team.
- Technical aptitude to hold credible conversations about infrastructure, APIs, and email deliverability.
- High attention to detail and craft.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, prospect on-sites, and team events.
Responsibilities
- Work high-intent inbound from enriched, segmented enterprise logos and high-growth companies.
- Build on and iterate existing sales playbooks.
- Run experiments across messaging, timing, and channels to identify repeatability.
- Expand existing customers by identifying opportunities for higher tiers or additional products.
- Prevent churn by distinguishing accounts worth saving.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product and marketing.
- Document learnings to refine the team's sales playbook.
