Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or operations.
  • Strong ability to manage concurrent workstreams and partner relationships independently.
  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach and content creation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools like Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proactive, self-directed working style suitable for a remote-first environment.
  • Competence in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for tasks and insights.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least three times per year for events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential partners across brands, SaaS tools, and service providers.
  • Manage end-to-end partner outreach, from first contact to signed contract.
  • Lead sales conversations for sponsorships, affiliate programs, and event packages.
  • Execute full partner onboarding including asset collection and database management.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships, including tracking links and commission structures.
  • Track and execute partner deliverables for events and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at in-person events at least three times per year.
  • Manage and audit the partner database and MDSONLY offers.
  • Produce weekly partner newsletters and community insight summaries.
