Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Financial Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of gross margin calculations, discounting, and metrics like ARR, MRR, and TCV.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and nested logic.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience with CPQ tools.
- Willingness to learn and apply AI tools for workflow automation.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to enforce financial requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as the stakeholder for all incoming Deal Desk requests.
- Evaluate ad hoc requests based on urgency, deal size, and strategic importance.
- Review standard and non-standard pricing, discount requests, and contract terms.
- Validate deal-level unit economics to meet margin thresholds.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce and billing systems.
- Educate GTM teams on processes, documentation, and SLA expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven tools for process modernization.
- Provide interim operational support for pricing and margin reviews as needed.
