Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business, data, strategy, or process analysis.
- 5+ years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, dbt, DAX, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses like Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Jira, and standard presentation tools.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and LLM-based analytics tools preferred.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics engagements with cross-functional stakeholders end-to-end.
- Develop, test, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake to support reporting.
- Utilize Power Query to clean and format data.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate SQL, dbt, and Power BI development.
- Maintain the business glossary and catalog metrics calculations.
- Support AI-enabled analytics workflow pilots.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and recommend KPIs.
- Contribute to team planning and mentor junior analysts.
