  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Negotiation skills at all management levels.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Ensure client retention through exceptional service and support.
  • Handle issue escalations and work with teams to mitigate system issues.
  • Analyze client business needs, pain points, and organizational landscape.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet satisfaction goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product teams and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Maintain weekly status reports and conduct quarterly client reviews.
  • Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events.
  • Lead product demonstrations for additional solutions.
  • Manage KPIs related to support metrics, turnaround times, and ticket backlogs.
