Requirements

- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Negotiation skills at all management levels.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Ensure client retention through exceptional service and support.
- Handle issue escalations and work with teams to mitigate system issues.
- Analyze client business needs, pain points, and organizational landscape.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet satisfaction goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with product teams and provide feedback to leadership.
- Maintain weekly status reports and conduct quarterly client reviews.
- Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events.
- Lead product demonstrations for additional solutions.
- Manage KPIs related to support metrics, turnaround times, and ticket backlogs.
