Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales/Account Management, or Professional Services at an Enterprise Software or SaaS company
- Demonstrable success in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives
- Proven ability to work in a fluid environment with limited processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Uphold Cleo’s Customer Success strategy and processes
- Oversee the customer lifecycle from launch to renewal
- Manage a customer base of 30+ customers
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s and quarterly Executive Business Reviews
- Understand customer business and link goals to solutions
- Proactively assist in problem resolution
- Maintain detailed documentation of service actions
- Escalate issues to Services, Support, and Product teams
- Develop recommendations for add-on business
