Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales/Account Management, or Professional Services at an Enterprise Software or SaaS company
  • Demonstrable success in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives
  • Proven ability to work in a fluid environment with limited processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Uphold Cleo’s Customer Success strategy and processes
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle from launch to renewal
  • Manage a customer base of 30+ customers
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s and quarterly Executive Business Reviews
  • Understand customer business and link goals to solutions
  • Proactively assist in problem resolution
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service actions
  • Escalate issues to Services, Support, and Product teams
  • Develop recommendations for add-on business
