Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads preferred
- Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels
- Strategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, SDK, CTV, and Influencer marketing
- Locate, negotiate and develop creative solutions for acquisition
- Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts
- Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing
- Contribute ad creative ideas and run creative testing
- Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams
- Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio
- Present and speak in front of leadership stakeholders
