Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus.
- Exceptional grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates.
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to switch between designing one-pagers and digital templates.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
- Portfolio with examples of graphic design work is required.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented mindset.
- Self-directed work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish a clear visual hierarchy.
- Design highly engaging, reusable templates for various social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
- Elevate everyday materials by working with advanced typography, grid systems, and composition.
- Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished visual assets.
- Enforce design quality standards through systematic verification of alignment, color, and consistency.
