Requirements
- Actively working on or have a Bachelor level degree in Graphic Design or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Early mastery of Figma.
- Early mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Attention to detail regarding alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Designers and Art Directors in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms.
- Learn and apply Twilio’s brand guidelines rigorously.
- Take direction and feedback from creative leads to iterate on designs.
- Prepare files for production, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings.
