- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex logistical issues.
- Deep understanding of international logistics, import, and export regulations.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification.
- Proficiency in balancing operational metrics, cost, and service quality.
- Proven ability to make educated, critical decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Independently resolve escalated issues with minimal assistance.
- Assist in resolving team member escalations and inquiries.
- Manage order margins and total costs while approving charges.
- Ensure compliance with international import/export regulations.
- Balance delivery speed, cost, and customer impact during order execution.
- Anticipate logistical problems and act proactively to prevent issues.
- Maintain Dangerous Goods certification and adhere to DG requirements.
- Provide SOP guidance and mentor team members.
