Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational skills for high-volume tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and escalate issues.
- Proficiency in navigating digital tools and map-based systems.
- Sales-mindedness with comfort in cross-selling/upselling.
- Customer-facing demeanor with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs and assign to servers.
- Resolve issues with missing customer information or blockers.
- Collaborate with servers to improve coverage in specific zip codes.
- Notify recruiters of staffing needs based on volume and performance trends.
- Maintain proactive, customer-facing communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect and share customer feedback with Sales and Operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and notes in internal systems.
- Achieve and monitor KPIs related to dispatch rates, response times, and revenue opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements.
