Requirements

  • Prior experience in high-volume phone or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong typing speed and multitasking ability.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Quiet home office environment.
  • Availability for Monday–Friday shifts covering ET and PT.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • CRM or call center software experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Handle back-to-back customer calls.
  • Capture information with precision while talking.
  • Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact.
  • Document customer interactions to provide training data for AI systems.
  • Flag edge cases and exceptions for escalation.
