Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume phone or customer-facing roles.
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability.
- Professional communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Quiet home office environment.
- Availability for Monday–Friday shifts covering ET and PT.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (preferred).
- CRM or call center software experience (preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back customer calls.
- Capture information with precision while talking.
- Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact.
- Document customer interactions to provide training data for AI systems.
- Flag edge cases and exceptions for escalation.
