- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Willingness to adapt to new systems and changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Log into multiple business applications promptly and remain available during scheduled hours.
- Respond to incoming contacts via chat, voice, and email.
- Determine inquiry purpose through targeted questioning without scripts.
- Resolve issues by navigating various business applications and client-specific platforms.
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication during all interactions.
- Manage and de-escalate customer frustrations.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal teams via email and case notes.
- Participate in ongoing training for system and product updates.
- Manage work pace to meet call volume and quality assurance performance goals.
