  • Willingness to adapt to new systems and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Log into multiple business applications promptly and remain available during scheduled hours.
  • Respond to incoming contacts via chat, voice, and email.
  • Determine inquiry purpose through targeted questioning without scripts.
  • Resolve issues by navigating various business applications and client-specific platforms.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic communication during all interactions.
  • Manage and de-escalate customer frustrations.
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via email and case notes.
  • Participate in ongoing training for system and product updates.
  • Manage work pace to meet call volume and quality assurance performance goals.
