Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in auditing and cleaning large data sets.
- Familiarity with PGP encryption processes.
- Familiarity with SFTP processes and tools (including command line/terminal).
- Experience handling secure and sensitive domestic healthcare data.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure client files are accurately and efficiently ingested into Hint.
- Act as the internal Autosync technical subject matter expert.
- Implement, manage, and maintain data feeds.
- Oversee issues management and escalation of file errors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external parties regarding file resolution.
- Reconcile data discrepancies between files and processed data in Hint.
- Review invoices to ensure correct data translation.
- Manage billing for EAS.
- Track new EAS file feeds through the data pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve processes.
