Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/consulting.
- 10+ years in leadership roles with national or multi-region responsibility.
- Demonstrated success building and executing growth strategies and pipeline creation.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater and/or civil/transportation delivery models.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building engineering centers or shared services.
- Comfort with data-driven management and CRM discipline.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national infrastructure strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Identify priority geographic expansion targets, disciplines, and service offerings.
- Lead national business development efforts and expand key client relationships.
- Design and deploy communities of practice to unify technical standards.
- Create and scale US-based engineering centers to increase delivery efficiency.
- Champion AI and digital enablement to transform project delivery workflows.
- Manage and report on KPI performance across revenue, win rates, and project delivery.
- Own the infrastructure regulatory and funding landscape intelligence.
