  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot (workflows, system administration, and system integrations)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs, priorities, and ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the marketing operations tech stack
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creatives Services, and Sales to launch successful campaigns
  • Ensure marketing database is accurate and properly segmented
  • Drive attribution strategy, tracking, testing, reporting, and analysis through KPIs
  • Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle and scoring processes
  • Optimize marketing automation and workflows to ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
