Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience in HubSpot (workflows, system administration, and system integrations)
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs, priorities, and ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the marketing operations tech stack
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creatives Services, and Sales to launch successful campaigns
- Ensure marketing database is accurate and properly segmented
- Drive attribution strategy, tracking, testing, reporting, and analysis through KPIs
- Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle and scoring processes
- Optimize marketing automation and workflows to ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
