Requirements
- 8-12+ years in Finance Operations, Strategic Finance, or Controller roles.
- Experience in a $5M-$25M ARR B2B SaaS company.
- Expertise in SaaS billing, ARR, bookings, and revenue reporting.
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll, AP, and vendor approval processes.
- Proficiency with contracts (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs) and legal intake processes.
- Working knowledge of cap table management and 409A administration.
- Experience managing a team of at least 1-3 direct reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Rippling, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and enforce an approval matrix for financial commitments.
- Manage monthly financial close, AP/AR, and external accountants.
- Maintain operating metrics including ARR, bookings, and cash runway.
- Own cap table, 409A coordination, and option grants.
- Manage operational flow for contracts from execution to renewal tracking.
- Execute payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Oversee company insurance policies including D&O and E&O.
