Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, commercial operations, or similar roles (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or CRO environments).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for results and execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–30% for meetings, events, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned regional customer segment.
  • Manage early-stage sales activities from lead generation through qualification and opportunity triage.
  • Leverage digital platforms, CRM tools, and AI-driven insights to optimize targeting and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct market and account research to support customer-centric engagement and tailored sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business development.
  • Develop proposals, sales materials, and win themes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with regional business development, marketing, and account teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and market awareness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies and positioning.
