Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development roles.
  • Strong experience developing business cases and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Proven ability to engage employers, HR leaders, or industry stakeholders to validate demand and opportunities.
  • Experience working across multiple countries in Latin America strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience with labor market analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead labor market research to identify high-demand roles, industry trends, and growth sectors across Latin America.
  • Analyze employment data, salary benchmarks, and role feasibility to define viable program opportunities.
  • Engage employers to validate hiring demand, role requirements, and workforce needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Translate employer insights into program design inputs, including skills, competencies, and role expectations.
  • Develop robust, evidence-based business cases combining market insights, learner needs, and financial sustainability.
  • Lead end-to-end program development from concept through launch, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support country teams in adapting and operationalizing programs in local markets.
  • Define success metrics and monitor early program performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders to secure alignment and approval.
