Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including agencies and external partners.
- Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience working across multiple Latin American markets is highly desirable.
- Experience in education, social impact, or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing and communications strategies across Latin America, adapting global frameworks to local contexts.
- Lead learner recruitment and mobilization strategies, ensuring strong pipeline generation and conversion across multiple markets.
- Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns including digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community outreach.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, content creation, and media budgets to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility through communications, PR, content, and social media initiatives.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new country launches, including messaging, targeting, and channel planning.
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to align marketing priorities and ensure execution excellence.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government entities, and ecosystem organizations to support recruitment.
- Manage and develop team members while supporting capability building across regional and country teams.
