Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, interdependent technical programs
- Background in security, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience working in FinTech or regulated industries (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX)
- Strong understanding of security domains such as application, endpoint, network, cloud, and infrastructure security
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, and product organizations
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to define program structures including roadmaps, WBS, milestones, and delivery plans
- Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, including executive-level engagement
- Ability to work independently across global teams with high ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and security-related programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate planning sessions with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including work breakdown structures, dependencies, and timelines
- Monitor project execution, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical teams
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across systems, platforms, and infrastructure components
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are embedded in all program deliverables
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, product, and security stakeholders
- Maintain high-quality program data and reporting within enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Track outcomes, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to ensure successful delivery of business value
- Lead stakeholder communication and change management across multiple organizational levels
