Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management across APAC regions
  • Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA in IT, Business, or related fields
  • Strong experience in multi-country sales and channel development environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural contexts
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches
  • Exposure to education, certification, consulting, or IT services industries is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar certification frameworks is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong digital literacy; experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote international environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple APAC markets, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across corporates, government organizations, and training institutions
  • Drive B2B sales of certification and training products, including PRINCE2 and related offerings
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives and local market dynamics
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with global marketing, product, and support teams to optimize go-to-market execution
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report progress against regional targets
  • Resolve client and partner issues in coordination with internal support teams to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into untapped territories
