Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent federal experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in federal program management, acquisition support, technical advisory services, or enterprise system modernization initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise with enterprise systems supporting trust management, land management, title systems, leasing operations, or comparable federal platforms.
- Experience supporting federal IT contract transitions, recompete activities, vendor coordination, and acquisition lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop IGEs, budget documentation, technical reports, and leadership briefings in a federal environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical advisement on enterprise systems functionality, modernization initiatives, dependencies, risks, and transition planning activities.
- Support the ongoing development, implementation, and enhancement of probate-related digital systems and modernization environments.
- Develop Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), acquisition documentation, budget justifications, and related materials to support procurement and program activities.
- Coordinate with acquisition, budget, and program management offices to ensure timely submission and alignment of acquisition deliverables.
- Collaborate with incumbent vendors and stakeholders to identify operational risks, transition requirements, and technical considerations during recompete activities.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports, leadership briefings, technical updates, talking points, and executive-ready communications.
- Review internal communications and reporting materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Conduct orientation briefings and maintain ongoing communication with government leadership and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
- Ensure compliance with federal information security policies, access controls, and agency operational requirements within a fully virtual environment.
