Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data and document migration.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the life sciences industry.
- Advanced experience in Veeva Vault RIM.
- Experience with data and document migration tools, SQL, XML, and scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
- Strong understanding of life sciences regulations and compliance requirements (GxP-validated systems).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with consultative abilities.
- Experience working with clients across international markets and managing globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts.
- Serve as the liaison between the technical project team and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a global team of technical consultants, including onshore and offshore employees and contractors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance, covering architecture, design decisions, and code reviews.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to gather feedback, manage requirements, and expectations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
- Identify potential change orders and provide detailed technical scope and estimates.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure test coverage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify areas for internal process improvement.
- Support business development teams during the pre-sales phase.
