- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data and document migration
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the life sciences industry
- Advanced experience in Veeva Vault RIM
- Advanced experience with data and document migration tools
- Advanced experience with SQL
- Advanced experience with XML
- Advanced experience with scripting languages
- Experience with cloud-based solutions
- Experience with on-premise solutions
- Strong understanding of life sciences regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with validation processes
- Experience with GxP-validated systems, processes, and documentation requirements
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts.
- Serve as the liaison between the technical project team and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and promoting collaboration.
- Lead and manage a global team of technical consultants, cultivating a positive and results-oriented work environment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, covering architecture, design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, challenges, and potential roadblocks, communicating them to the Project Manager.
- Identify potential change orders and proactively communicate them to the Project Manager, providing detailed technical scope and estimates.
- Ensure the team adheres to quality assurance practices, working with QA teams to define test strategies and resolve defects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Support business development and account management teams by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales phase.
