  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data and document migration
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the life sciences industry
  • Advanced experience in Veeva Vault RIM
  • Advanced experience with data and document migration tools
  • Advanced experience with SQL
  • Advanced experience with XML
  • Advanced experience with scripting languages
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with on-premise solutions
  • Strong understanding of life sciences regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with validation processes
  • Experience with GxP-validated systems, processes, and documentation requirements
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts.
  • Serve as the liaison between the technical project team and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and promoting collaboration.
  • Lead and manage a global team of technical consultants, cultivating a positive and results-oriented work environment.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, covering architecture, design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Engage with technical stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, challenges, and potential roadblocks, communicating them to the Project Manager.
  • Identify potential change orders and proactively communicate them to the Project Manager, providing detailed technical scope and estimates.
  • Ensure the team adheres to quality assurance practices, working with QA teams to define test strategies and resolve defects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support business development and account management teams by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales phase.
