Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Language, Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field.
- Have five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Demonstrate experience developing Master Data Management (MDM) software through several full life-cycle implementations.
- Configure and validate the Comparator, Match tokens, Match & Merge setup, and survivorship rules in MDM.
- Use ETL tools.
- Understand cloud-based infrastructure concepts.
- Have programming, analysis, or design experience with Java, Python, or SQL.
- Have data modeling experience.
- Have experience with SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Learn and keep up to date on product functionality, dependencies, architecture, and operational impact.
- Support, enhance, and fix software solutions at scale.
- Research and develop solutions for customer support cases using product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
- Consult with customers on software system design and maintenance.
- Resolve customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-sale technical expertise during product installation, implementation, and maintenance.
- Define customer installation requirements and ensure the product functions according to specifications.
- Share product and service enhancement requests with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Provide technical information and follow-up support to sales staff and customer personnel.
