Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, social sciences, math, engineering, or statistics.
- 5+ years of business and data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with BI tools.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience with data management, specifically validating and auditing data.
- Demonstrated project and task management capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytical models to improve our understanding of Network supply and demand.
- Implement real-time dashboards and reporting to track and assess Network performance.
- Propose and test new strategies for increasing competition and engagement within our service provider network.
- Analyze feedback and reviews to identify insights into service quality and satisfaction.
- Develop operational data to generate recommendations for 3rd party service providers.
- Analyze network capacity to identify opportunities for efficiency and recruitment.
- Lead tests and pilots for process changes and communicate results to management.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data analysis methodologies.
