Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams.
- Exceptional executive relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across enterprise brands and agency ecosystems.
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects.
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations and structure deals.
- Partner with product and marketing to ensure solutions meet enterprise needs.
- Establish scalable sales processes.
- Act as a senior cross-functional leader.
- Represent Later externally as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
