Requirements
- 3–8 years of post-undergrad experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic finance.
- Strong modeling fluency (clean, defensible models).
- Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, GRR, CAC, payback, magic number, burn multiple, gross margin.
- Hands-on operator mindset.
- Experience managing procurement and SaaS/AI spend.
- Exposure to fundraising processes.
- AI-native approach to finance stacks and automation.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own daily visibility into cash, burn, and runway.
- Build and maintain end-to-end financial models (forecasting, cohort analysis, unit economics).
- Run budget construction and departmental spend tracking.
- Partner on pricing, packaging, and GTM finance work.
- Own procurement and vendor financial reviews.
- Build board, investor, and fundraising materials.
- Manage outsourced accounting partner for payroll, AP/AR, and audit prep.
