Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market
  • 3+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor)
  • Experience supporting customers in AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud vendor ecosystems
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong technical skills for engaging with technical teams
  • Ability to build influential relationships
  • Operational and administrative skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services.
  • Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of customers and communicate with vendor teams to show value.
  • Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new workload opportunities within customer cloud environments.
  • Establish a regular cadence with your book of business.
  • Aggregate customer feedback and provide it to engineering teams.
  • Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities.
