Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market
- 3+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor)
- Experience supporting customers in AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud vendor ecosystems
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong technical skills for engaging with technical teams
- Ability to build influential relationships
- Operational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services.
- Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of customers and communicate with vendor teams to show value.
- Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution.
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
- Identify new workload opportunities within customer cloud environments.
- Establish a regular cadence with your book of business.
- Aggregate customer feedback and provide it to engineering teams.
- Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
