Requirements
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience within the energy efficiency industry.
- Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects.
- Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, and maintaining project schedules.
- Address customer concerns promptly to assure resolution and long-term relationships.
- Work with stakeholders to determine project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
- Manage on-time delivery of technical reports.
- Commute to off-site locations for on-site inspections.
- Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility.
- Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy saving calculations.
