Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing
- Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in Meta Ads (from $500K/month)
- Hands-on experience with the US and Tier-1 markets
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV)
- Data-driven mindset: experience with hypothesis testing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA4)
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, Spend, and LTV
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams
- Propose new creative ideas and provide feedback based on campaign performance
