- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows.
- Exceptional demo and communication skills.
- Advanced project management experience juggling multiple high-stakes design partners.
- Team-first mindset with experience in cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Win early customers by owning technical relationships with design partners and prospects.
- Drive the market feedback loop by synthesizing customer signals and workflow gaps.
- Pressure-test GTM motion by defining positioning, demo narratives, and qualification criteria.
- Scale the technical foundation by building demo environments and integration prototypes.
- Provide technical leadership in workshops, briefings, and RFP-style requirements.
- Execute knowledge transfer by creating assets for broader organizational adoption.
