Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company.
- Track record of co-owning revenue.
- Hands-on technical depth with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents.
- Ability to speak credibly about prompt optimization and agentic workflows.
- Exceptional demo and communication skills.
- Advanced project management experience juggling multiple stakeholders.
- Team-first mindset with ability to operate autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects.
- Lead discovery and solution design to turn interest into long-term adoption.
- Serve as the bridge to Product and Engineering by synthesizing customer signals.
- Develop GTM playbooks including positioning, demo narratives, and qualification criteria.
- Build and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, and integration prototypes.
- Act as a peer to senior engineering leaders and executives.
- Deliver tailored technical workshops and briefings.
- Hand off processes and assets to the broader organization as the product matures.
